    10 diet mistakes How can you avoid them?

    Still missing your favorite jeans? Does the balance have the same readings day in and day out? Or maybe those extra pounds come back as quickly as they go away?

    You may have made one of the following mistakes in your diet. What absolutely can not be done while following a diet – Read on.

    COME TO HARD DIETS

    Let’s say you set out to lose weight quickly. What are you doing? You begin to severely restrict yourself to food. Your menu consists of only grapefruit and zucchini soup. The daily amount of calories you consume does not exceed 1000.

    Keep in mind that by cutting down on calories, you slow down your metabolism. And after you lose weight and “jump off” the diet, your body, accustomed to burning calories slowly, with the addition of food to the diet will begin to gain weight. Here you can checkout sleeping habits of healthy people.

    SKIP BREAKFAST

    Skipping breakfast is like cutting down on calories. But without breakfast, you will very quickly be overcome by a brutal hunger. You will start snacking on anything at work or, after waiting for lunch, gobble up a double serving. This way, you can more than catch up with your breakfast.

    A protein-rich breakfast, on the other hand, will keep you from feeling hungry throughout the day. Studies show that people who eat breakfast lose weight much easier and faster.

    LOSE COUNT OF SNACKS

    You may be counting the calories eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What about small snacks throughout the day? A packet of cookies on your desk, a slice of cake at a party, some ice cream from your kid’s cone.  All these little things end up with an impressive amount of unaccounted for calories.

    If we count, count so – everything that you ate in a day. Install a special application on your smartphone and count every calorie.

    OR CONVERSE, DO NOT SNACK

    Uncontrolled snacking can undermine your weight loss gains. But if you snack wisely, then the desired result will be achieved faster. It is better to eat a little, but often, rather than just a couple of times a day, but thoroughly.

    Snacks keep your metabolic rate at an optimal rate, especially if you are eating protein-rich snacks: a few nuts will not only not hurt you, but on the contrary, will help you get rid of those extra pounds.

    RELY ONLY ON LEAN PRODUCTS

    Low-fat foods can play an important role in your diet. Just remember that fat-free is not the same as low-calorie: eating a pound of lean pie will give you more calories than eating a small slice of regular pie.

    To know how many calories you got from a product, check the nutritional information on its packaging.

    Ignore drunk

    When counting calories, we often overlook drinks. And in vain. Certain types of coffee or alcoholic beverages can be high in calories. And, of course, they are found in juices and lemonades.

    DRINK LITTLE PURE WATER

    This error is the easiest to fix. And you need to fix it as soon as possible, because dehydration leads to a slowdown in metabolism, and therefore, to a slowdown in excess weight loss. Drink a glass of water with every meal, even if it’s just a light snack. Water is essential to burn calories!

    SET UNAUTHORIZED GOALS

    If your goal is to lose 7 kilograms in the first week of the diet, know that your plan is doomed to failure. Having set an unrealistic goal, you, most likely, will not even begin to move towards it. A real goal is the first and most important condition for success. Talk to your dietitian when setting a goal.

    REFUSE DAIRY PRODUCTS

    Milk, cheese and ice cream with a high fat content are, of course, taboo for those who dream of losing weight. But you shouldn’t completely abandon dairy products: the body needs calcium for active fat burning. Conversely, when there is a lack of calcium, fat quickly accumulates. But calcium supplements are not as beneficial as milk. Just opt   for low-fat dairy products while keeping an eye on your calories.

    FAST FOOD

    After a hard day at work, you can grab a bite to eat at the diner, especially since fast food outlets sell not only hamburgers, but also salads. But will you resist the temptation? And having allowed yourself something harmful, but very tasty, will you return to the same institution the next day? Fast food calories are hard to get rid of. And junk food very quickly becomes a habit.
